"During Hurricane Helene and Milton we found out our insurance company sold us out to another that dropped us because of hazardous “hurricane” they did not cover. During a stressful time and having to have insurance on our home due lender qualification, things got stressful super quick for us. We contacted Mark Sonnier (State Farm) office to see if we had the chance of getting homeowner insurance and if we could bundle it with our vehicles. And sure enough we could! All thanks and much appreciation to Alyssa. She took one of the most stressful situations and made it simple and effortless. She helped us with a very short deadline and was able to make it happen.
