I needed help setting up my car tracking device. Over there course of a week and a few days I visited and conferred with your service desk person Jocelyn. She has the patience of a saint! As it took 3 or 4 trips to your office for her to straighten out all my account passwords and get the tracking device to work. It is employees like this who make dealing with a problem a pleasure!"
